DESCRIPTION
An off white to pale cream colour powder with a rich aroma of fresh dairy cream and a sweet vanilla background aroma.
APPLICATION
This flavor is developed for powder mixtures e.g. cake mix, desert mix, ice cream mix and instant beverage mix (3 in 1 products). It is ideal for breakfast cereals mixtures e.g. corn flakes, rice bubbles, wheat or oat mixes and chocolates products.
Recommended dosage
Ice cream : 0,2 % of ice cream mix
Cream filling : 0,2 % in fat base
Milk shake : 0,1 %
Chocolate products : 0,2 %
Vanilla cookies : 0,25 %
Butter cakes : 0,15 %
Desserts/pudding : 0,2 % base
Toffee : 0,2 %
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. This product is stable for 2 years.
