Butterfly pea extract can be used as additive or raw material in beverages and other products. This product gives tastes, odor and colour of butterfly pea. Butterfly pea has anthocyanin content which is good for keep your body healthy. This product has one year shelf life in recommended conditions.
APPLICATION
This product can be used in beverages, dairy, confectionary, ice cream, bakery and noodles. Recomended dosage is about 1% - 5%.
