A pink tinge colour liquid when aged with a sweet aromatic creamy aroma and a back note of coconut milk. This flavour has unique aroma of pandan, coconut milk and creamy taste. This flavour is heat stable until temperature 220 celcius. This flavour can be classified as natural indentical flavour.
APPLICATION
This flavor is designed for cakes and desserts including drinks made with pandan and coconut milk or coconut water.
Cookies & Cakes : 0,25% of batter wt
Wafer & Egg Rolls : 0,20% of batter wt
Desserts : 0,15% of base
Ice Cream : 0,10% of ice cream mix
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from sunlight. This flavor matures and improves in aroma with age. This product is stable for two years.
