DESCRIPTION
A dark brown viscous pourable liquid at room temperature 25 ˚C and above with a rich distinctive aroma of milk chocolate. At temperature below 18 ˚C, this flavor may not be pourable. However, this flavor is packed in a wide mouth plastic pail of 20 kg or 10 kg. Therefore, it is easily dispensable by weight and easily miscible with the matrix of the end product by simple mixing
APPLIATION
This Flavour is suitable for a wide range of products where a rich milk chocolate flavor is desired. The recommended dosage is generally between 0,5 – 1 % w/w if a strong flavor is required.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. This product is stable for 2 years. Shake well before use.
