CHEESE CREAMY FLAVOUR
DESCRIPTION
A pale straw colour liquid with a rich creamy typical cheese aroma and flavour.
Specific gravity at 25˚C : 0.974 - 1.074
APPLICATION

| Cake | 0,2% of cake butter |
| Snack | 0,5% in oil, then spray 20% - 30% on snack |
| Cream filling | 0,1% of fat base |
| Biskuit | 0,3% of dough weight |
Alternative application: 20% - 30% of the above flavour oil mix with cheese powder, MSG, salt into a slurry then pan coated onto snack. Oil flavoured with our cheese at 0.5% w/w could be applied by spraying onto snack type savoury biscuit.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight. This product is stable for two years.
