A Colourless liquid with a sweet fruity aroma of typical of ripe bananas without the peel
Specific gravity at 25˚C : 0,980 – 0.985
APPLICATION
Beverage : it can be used as a booster flavour in fruit juice formulation – dose : 0,1% w/w in RTD
Carbonated drinks : Banana Soda – dose : 0,1% w/w RTD.
Yoghurt : 0,1% w/w of base.
Milk : 0,1% w/w of base.
Ice cream : Banana/Vanilla – dose : 0,1% w/w of base.
Jellies : 0,1% - 0,15% of base.
Candy : 0,25% of candy mass.
CLASSIFICATION
This flavour is classified as nature-identical for all countries.
